Assist superiors in project work according to the company’s business needs and plans.

Responsible for the design, development, and testing of embedded software for two-wheeled BMS, familiar with NXP, TI, GD MCUs, and AFE.
Develop and test core control algorithms for two-wheeled BMS.
Solve key issues and technical challenges in projects.
Manage, maintain, and upgrade software versions.
Write documentation for the software development process, such as requirement specifications, design descriptions, and test documents.
Write test cases for the developed software modules and perform verification testing.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical, electronic, mechatronic, computer science, or related fields, with 5 or more years of experience in a similar role.
Over 5 years of experience in embedded electronics or power electronics software development related to microcontroller-based systems (such as lithium battery BMS, power supplies, inverters, UPS, etc.).
Experience in two-wheeled BMS software development, system debugging, and on-site delivery is preferred.
Proficiency in using EDA software and understanding of basic electronic components and power semiconductors; familiarity with ARM chips and independent development of microcontroller software.

Design hardware solutions based on new product requirements.
Create and control the release of circuit schematics, PCB, BOM, testing methods, and related documents.
Optimize the design and reduce the cost of existing products.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, electronics, computer science, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in PCB development for embedded electronics or power electronics (related to lithium battery BMS, power supplies, inverters, UPS, etc.); experience in power lithium batteries (two-wheeled, three-wheeled, NEV, etc.) or power tools industry preferred.
Proficiency in EDA software.
Familiarity with Altium Designer software, basic electronic components, and power semiconductor selection.
Familiarity with ARM, AFE chips, and ability to independently develop microcontroller hardware.
Strong English reading and writing skills.
Produce and manage company promotional materials, videos, copywriting, and articles to maintain a consistent marketing message.
Operate the company's overseas social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin accounts, including activity planning, content creation, execution, and performance monitoring.
Manage company newsletters and analyze promotion performance for continuous improvement.
Plan, execute, and monitor overseas Google promotion efforts.
Maintain and manage the company website.
Track, analyze, and summarize marketing performance regularly, and propose effective optimization plans.
Write speeches and presentations for company leadership at industry conferences and forums.
Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in copywriting, marketing, and overseas promotion.
CET-6 English or equivalent, with excellent English and Chinese writing skills; proficiency in long-form content and PPT creation.
Experience in operating overseas social media platforms.
Proven success in overseas marketing content management from 0-1 in a B2B industry, with strong planning capabilities.
