On March 26, 2025, Joycube showcased its latest eBike battery solutions at the Taipei Cycle. Joycube focused on meeting the new battery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, demonstrating our commitment to high-performance and compliant battery technologies for global markets.
**Lightweight and Integrated Battery Designs**
Joycube displayed a variety of eBike batteries, including integrated tube batteries, downtube batteries, and Extender. These batteries have capacities ranging from 400Wh to 800Wh to fit different eBike needs. They are lighter, improving range and handling, and are designed for easy compatibility with eBike frames. All products meet EN50604 certification, ensuring safety and performance according to Europe’s latest standards.
**Battery Passport Program for Transparency**
To comply with EU Regulation 2023/1542, Joycube launched the Battery Passport Solution. This system enhances transparency and traceability in the battery supply chain. Joycube's parent company, Phylion Group, has partnered with Fuchuang to create the Battery Passport system, set to launch at Eurobike 2025. This initiative helps ensure compliance in Europe and positions Phylion Group and Joycube as leaders in the battery industry.
**Commuter E-Motorcycle Batteries**
Joycube also introduced its commuter e-motorcycle battery solutions, including models 7224, 7625, and 7632. Developed with major vehicle brands, these batteries offer:
- High discharge rates for quick acceleration, perfect for city travel.
- Resistance to shocks and drops for improved safety, proven by impact tests.
- A long lifespan thanks to high-quality cells and smart Battery Management Systems.
- Durable magnesium-aluminum alloy casings that resist impact, manage heat, and keep water out.
These features set new standards for power and safety in urban transportation.
**Expanding Global Supply Chain**
Joycube is expanding its production facilities to strengthen its global supply chain. A new factory in Hungary will start operations by late 2025, and a factory in Vietnam is currently being built. This growth will help Joycube provide stable and efficient delivery of battery products worldwide.
